Woo! Yay! Four pounds lost already. Okay, so this is just my body ridding itself of all the crap [literally] I shovelled in on Sunday, but it's a welcome start. I haven't set myself a target weight - my intention is just to keep going until I feel fit and comfortable. I say I haven't set myself a target but dipping under 200 pounds would be very welcome.
Cycled to work again as exercise (thankfully the predicted storm seems to have been delayed). Food was okay, although I think maybe I was a little too greedy. Managed to abstain from alcohol completely (and easily as there's none in the house). I didn't go anywhere where alcohol was available, and I'm usually good on a Tuesday as I help out at cub scouts and the last thing children should smell on your breath is alcohol. Well, perhaps not the last thing!
