Thankfully I didn't put any weight on! I also slept like the preverbial baby last night, thanks to the lovely Mr Stella.
Food-wise, I think I ate a little too much (but nothing to be utterly ashamed about). I took football training for my son's side, which was a little tiring. I then had a brief football meeting, from which I had to return the two and a half miles on foot, as wifey had the car. I'm still drinking, which really I should eschew completely, but so far have failed to do.
