The good news is I'm sleeping better - the bad news is I'm eating . . . er . . . better!
Today was extremely busy. Took my son to footie training (at which I've now also been asked to help out), I had to cycle as wifey needed the car for shopping, hence affording me thirty minutes of exercise. Came back and after a few brief moments we all went to the village show, during which I ran the beaver's sweetie stall for a while. I managed to nibble only but a few sweets, so I was a good boy. After that we had to go to Birmingham for a friend's 50th birthday party. I did eat a little more than perhaps I should have, but not as much as I could have done! This is terrible reasoning, I know. At least I held back on the beer, as I had agreed to drive home.
