Again, I awoke with my head full of dark clouds, and awoke dead early (5 am) which is okay as I like getting up early. Yeah, I know, perverse but that's just me. Have been poorly sick all day. Exploding ass, rumbling tum, that sort of thing. My son has it worse and is puking up at every opportunity. I think I gave up at 2pm and just lay on the settee. I moved to the bed at 8pm. Apart from that I've done not a jot. The only food I ate today was a single slice of toast!

Good luck in your endeavours. I started out at over 350 (I can only estimate my weight as near 400 when I started), was plateauing at 280 for awhile, probavly below that by now, so...your stories are encouraging.

400 to 280 is an outstanding achivement!
