Woke up feeling hardly 100%, but a heck of a lot better than yesterday, much less zombie-esque. My lack of food of yesterday has meant that three pounds has melted off my body, but complete abstinence is hardly a healthy way to diet (unless the "t" is silent!). Still, nine pounds lost in two weeks, so my latest dietary endevour does appear to producing results. Didn't feel exactly energetic for the rest of the day, but managed to get a few bits done, although my main position today was prone on the settee with my similarily affected son lying atop me!
