Well, the weight just won't shift this week, despite [largely] being a well-behaved boy. Oh hum. Cold a little better today, so I cycled into work, although it was a bit of a bind. Also walked back from the town to work carrying a couple of big bags of chocolate for my work colleagues - we usually buy cakes for each other for our birthdays but I wasn't gonna haul several boxes up the hill! That was the extent of my exercise today, anyhow!
