FAT-TO-FIT : Wednesday, July 28th
Day 25

Diet
WEIGHT : 240 pounds (4 pounds lost)
EXERCISE : 17 miles cycling
ALCOHOL : Er . . . too much I'm afraid
Heck, another pound gone. If I continue this way I'll . . . weigh less. Hot day today - I arrived at work hot and sweaty, soaking in fact. Not nice, although I soon calmed down. Played soccer in the garden with my son for a while then picked up the balls that had arrived for the squad I coach, then me and the wife had a night of hot, sweaty, pumping action with my long, stiff and black [!} pumping tool. In case you hadn't guessed, the balls were deflated. So was I after pumping up thirteen of them. Hey! I got a blob troll! [S]He called me a big fat slob (big [as I am 6'3"] and fat [as I weigh 240 pounds] yes, but I think the 'slob' was uncalled for) and suggested I eat too much (unfair! I drink too much!!). I like trolls, always makes me realise that no matter how pointless my existence is, there are always people whose existence is even more pointless than mine!

I agree with your assessment of trolls! And like Gerry Attrick, I enjoy your blogs, they are very entertaining! Good luck with the weight loss--sounds like you are going about it the right way!

Hey! Thanks for that. Dunno if I'm doing this the right way, but only four pounds (nett) lost in 26 days is hardly a success!!!
