EXERCISE : 17 miles cycling
ALCOHOL : Er . . . too much I'm afraid (again)


Even hotter and sweatier today. I spend the morning shifting uneasily in my chair whilst rivulets of sweat trickle down my back and end up in my bum-crack. Behaved well food-wise but I had a social event in the evening and was a little . . . er . . . thirsty. This week has been a little bit of a loss, must try harder next week.
