WEIGHT : 240 pounds (4 pounds lost)
EXERCISE : 17 miles cycling, 75 mins football
ALCOHOL : One can lager, one small glass red wine


Back to the normal slog of bike, work, bike, football. I was average at best at football, although I managed to get three shots on goal (wide, tame, saved) plus a header (very wide). There were only ten playing, so I had to do far too much running around for my liking! The rest of the day was pretty uneventful.

I certainly feel fitter, especially after all the cycling. My body shape has changed too - the weight has lifted off my thighs and my legs are extraordinarily honed - but I have a much more pronounced belly! So I guess that is where the fat is now hiding!
