Well, the weight ain't shifting, and there's no mystery as to why - too much drinking! Another "social" occasion tonight. A crowd of people had come over from Wallenfels in Bavaria as a sort of exchange as Wallenfels is the twin town of where the football club I help out with is based. They bought with them a barrel of cold beer and a desire to play football, so I helped out a little on both fronts! There's too much happening this week to make dieting a possibility, including my ninth wedding anniversary!
