One middle-aged man's latest desperate attempt to shed the pounds and return to fitness

WEIGHT : 234 pounds [ten pounds lost]
As expected, I've hit the plateau. Not a pound lost this week, despite sticking to the diet rigidly and plenty of exercise. The next week is a crucial week - I expect to lose two to three pounds. I've nothing much else to say. I'm definitely feeling fitter, and happier. Nothing much to report life-wise either. Hopefully, this is a good thing!

Good for you Peter! I know how hard it is. I recently stopped working out because of different things going on in my personal life, I gave it a break. But now I'm getting the urge to start again, especially since my energy level is sapped and I miss the great feeling I had when I was working out. I say stick with it and just try doing other types of exercise and you'll probably get over that plateau bump. That's the hardest part. Goodluck!
