WEIGHT : 231 pounds [thirteen pounds lost]

And so the weight continues to trickle off, a very healthy two pounds this week, thirteen pounds in total, nearly a stone in English money and still over a month to go! My weight seemed to be hovering around the same weight as last week for ages, but then finally I stepped on the scales this a of m and the digital display lit up to 231! Woo, and indeed, yay! I have been a little naughty this week, indeed on one day I had far far far too many carbs, but no lasting damage seems to have been done. Also too much alcohol this week, naughty naughty. I'm writing this at home at the mo as I am off work due to turning over my ankle whilst playing football last night. It hurt like buggery for ten minutes then seemed to ease off, but then when I got out of bed this morning a few steps and I was in deadly pain again! Ouch! I'm gonna rest it utterly for a couple of days and see how it goes. I think my bike is going to get rusty for a small while!
