Another pound vamooshes off. I thought I may have a two-pound week but it was not to be. I could do with a two pound week for once, but my body seemd to have other ideas. I think I had a little too much to drink this week. Weekends seem so dull unless alcohol is involved - I know that's a pretty pathetic stance [and excuse] but heck, life has to retain an element of fun occassionally. About three weeks to go until my deadline day so I don't think I'm going to make my 224 pounds target, but I've had a good stab at it, and as a couple of years back I weighed in at over 250 pounds I'm still doing pretty well. Still a long way to go, then...
